1. How secure is your website?

2. How do I sign up for dakwahbookstore.com.my membership?
Sign Up BEFORE Placing an Order:
Click on ‘SIGN UP’ button at the top-right of the website. You are required to provide your personal and billing information. This will only takes few minutes. After completing, click on ‘sign me up’.
Sign Up AFTER Placing an Order: 
Once your order is completed, please click on the ‘Check Out ‘button to sign up and proceed to payment. You are required to provide your personal and billing information. This will only takes few minutes. After completing, click on ‘proceed’.
When sign up for an account, please ensure to provide a valid e-mail address. This is because verification will be made upon registration and purchase confirmation.

3.) Why do I need to register to shop online?
As a registered member, you can always check your order status, review past orders and check out faster.

4.) How to stop receiving marketing emails from you?
Yes. You may choose not to receive newsletter from us by accessing your member account and uncheck “I wish to receive free e-newsletter”.

5.) What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Orders

1.) What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

2.) Can I cancel my order?
No. We may not be able cancel and make changes for your order. Due to our commitment to process your order quickly and efficiently, our warehouse is notified to prepare and pack your order for dispatch, once your order has been approved.

3.) Can I add a product to my order after I have placed my order?
No. You will need to place another new order.

4. What should I do when one item was missing when I received my order?

5. Why was my order cancelled?
We are deeply regret should any order cancellation occurred. Nevertheless, we are unable to avoid cancellation in the incidence whereby rapid out-going stock by others occur at the same time of your payment period. We will make our utmost effort to ensure this does not happen. If it does, we will cancel the product from the order and we will not make any charges.

6. Can I place an order for the product not on found on your website (but posted on the Facebook)?
No, you can only order items available on the website. However, kindly call our Customer Service (+603- 79564664) or email an enquiry to confirm the availability of the product online at sales@dakwahbookstore.com.my.

Delivery

1. How do i know that my order has been delivered?
You will receive a confirmation order email once your payment has been verified and another notification email when your product(s) have been shipped out. Alternatively, you can log into to “My account” on our website and check the status of your order!

2. How long will my order take to arrive? 
We will make utmost effort to ensure that your order is dispatched within 1 working day upon payment confirmation. You should normally receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

3) Do you deliver overseas? 
Yes. We do deliver internationally. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

Returns

1) Can I make return any of my purchased products to one of your retail outlets?
You can only return or exchange the product at our outlets in Petaling Jaya due to the procedure problems. We are very regretful if any inconvenience caused.

You may pay for your products by using online payment methods through offline payment methods and coming soon via iPay88.

3. Why has my card been declined? 
We advise you to consult your respective bank customer service for advice.
