We are living nowadays in the age of science. Do intelligent human beings want to know where did they come from? Where did the universe come from? Will the universe come to an end, if so, how? Is the universe static or dynamic, if dynamic, is it expanding or contracting? What is the time? When was it started? Will it come to an end? What are Black Holes? What are the forces of Nature? What is the smallest piece of matter? What is the status of man in the universe? Are there ultimate limits for human beings to know about something? The majority of people especially in the third world are unable to answer these questions. When they are asked such questions, most of them answer with a shrug or with a piece of vague and ambiguous knowledge. On the basis of Holy Qur`an as well as scientific knowledge, we have tried my level best to answer these questions in this book `Astrophysics and the Holy Quran`.

The Problem Of Corruption (P/B) (IBT)
“Corruption is a disease that can sweep through society like a tidal wave, leaving in its wake a trail of negligence, lethargy, inefficiency and callous disregard of man’s inhumanity to man. What is it like to live inside such a society? Why has it taken such strong root in so many countries? Is there no sense of outrage and shame against such a phenomenon among our elite? What can be done to stem the tide? Is it corruption as it is known in the West? These disturbing questions and more are answered in this book. Corruption in all its forms, bribery nepotism, and extortion, is shown for what it is – a major cause of the dehumanization and victimization of innocent people. The corrupt have no aspirations for the betterment of their societies. For this reason, all decent people must be gravely concerned with the problem and nurture the next generation to confront the corrupt and disrupt their way of life.”

Islamic Verdicts on Medicine & Cosmetic Surgery
We had the honor of our eyes being gifted with seeing his eminence Imam Abdul Aziz Bin Baz may Allah bestow upon him immense mercy and of sitting with him when he delivered verdicts regarding rulings of the Shariah on many medical issues which have been increasingly asked about by patients and people working in the medical field. We focused ourselves, with success granted by Allah, on the authenticity of medical information to the best of our ability. We have applied our best efforts in its presentation while simplifying it as much as possible. This is so that it is easily understood by those who are not specialists in medical fields.
Mind, Brain, & Free Will (P/B)
Mind, Brain, and Free Will presents a powerful new case for substance dualism (the idea that humans consist of two parts–body and soul) and for libertarian free will (that humans have some freedom to choose between alternatives, independently of the causes which influence them). Richard

The Cross and The Crescent (IIPH)
In The Cross and The Crescent, Dr. Dirks, a former ordained minister (deacon) in the United Methodist Church, a graduate of Harvard Divinity School and with a doctorate in clinical psychology, reaches out to the Christians and the Muslims for an interfaith dialogue. Drawing on his seminary education and thirty years of interaction with Muslims in America and overseas, the author digs deep into the roots of Christianity to bring out obscure information that highlights what was once common between Christianity and Islam. He envisioned that, “In writing this book, I would like to touch the lives of those Christians who have not been given the knowledge that I have gained both about Islam, from my direct contact with Muslims, and about Christianity from my seminary education. I want to share with those Christians, who are willing to listen, what is so often known by their clergy and church leaders, but seldom finds its way into their knowledge of their own religion. Likewise, I would like to reach out to the Muslims, in order to help them understand the religious commonality that they share with Christians”.

The Day of Judgment in sure to come, but when it will be, it is a matter known only to Allah the Great.
But the Prophet Muhammad (S) has told us about some signs that indicate that the Day is coming nearer and nearer. Such signs are of three types: The first type of signs have already come to pass. The second type of signs are those that appear gradually with the passage of time. The third type is of the signs that appear just very near to the Day- these are called the Greater Signs of the Day. In this book we have dealt with the first two types of the signs that are known to be the Smaller Signs of the Day.
The Fiqh Of Worship; Commentary on Ibn Qudamah’s Umdat al-Fiqh (The Reliable Source of Fiqh) (H/B)
The Fiqh of Worship is a translation of and commentary on Ibn Qudâmah’s highly esteemed ‘Umdat al-Fiqh, an abridged book of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) according to the Hanbali school. Dr. Hatem al-Haj has translated and elaborated on it, noting the opinions of other schools of Islamic jurisprudence, thus giving the English-speaking student a broader base for his or her understanding of fiqh. The author has made the difficult subject of fiqh easier to learn and more comprehensible by using visual aids and a unique symbol system.
This book is a must-have for the serious student of knowledge. In the author’s words. This knowledge will only be beneficial if it is sought for Allah’s sake, coupled with compassionate devotion towards Him and diligent adherence to the way of our most beloved, Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him). It will be retained only by frequent reviews, and confirmed by teaching it to those who are less knowledgeable. Worship, when devoutly observed and correctly performed, is the ultimate human function for which people were created, and the only way to attain the ultimate success, being the pleasure of our Lord (Exalted is He).
