What You Weren t Taught In Sunday School explores seven different aspects of Christian history that are typically not known by the Christian laity. In the first chapter, the centuries-long arguments about the contents of the Christian Bible are brought to light, as well as the fact that Christianity has never agreed as to what actually constitutes either the Old Testament or the New Testament. The second chapter details how Paul of Tarsus corrupted the message of Jesus Christ and how he was frequently at violent odds with the earliest form of Christianity as taught by the Jerusalem Church of James the Just and the actual disciples of Jesus. The third chapter explores the shocking Biblical history of Holy War and genocide. Chapters four and five narrate a number of Biblical curiosities and some of the changes that have been rendered to the Biblical text over the centuries, changes that occasionally result in a clear distortion of the original text. You must be aware that there are a number of destructive calls which have been established amongst the ranks of the Muslims and which have shaken and damaged the belief held in there hearts. They have polluted the pure Islamic ‘aqeedah, and have grown by stages to reach such a dangerous level that they led to the splitting of the Muslims into sects and the parties, about which the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Indeed those who were before you, from the people of the book, split into seventy-two sects, and this religion will split seventy-three. Seventy-two in the fire and one in the paradise and it is the Jammaa’ah.”
Then there is no doubt that each one of these sects claims for itself that it is the saved sect, and that it is correct, and that it alone follows the Messenger. But the way of truth is a single way and it is the one which leads to salvation, and any other way is one of the ways of miss guidance which leads to destruction.
So the way of truth is to cling to the book of Allaah and the Sunnah of Allaah’s Messenger (S) as occurs in the hadeeth: I have left amongst you two things whith which you will not go astray: The Book of Allah and my Sunnah, and they will not be separated till they come to me at the Pond.

Preservation of health (hifz al-sihhah) is the most important branch of Islamic medicine since it is primarily concerned with the prevention of illness rather than cure. This book represents one of the few attempts to introduce the role of Islamic medicine, although Chapter One provides information about a historical background of the preservation of helath in Islam, its aim is to provide fresh ant timely overview of the major aspects of legal, ritual and spiritual structures of teh Islamic law (shariah). Tafsir Al-Jalalayn (set of 2 vol)
This book, “Tafsir al-Jalalayn,” meaning “The Commentary of the Two Jalals”, is named after its two authors: Jalalu’d-Din al-Mahalli (1389-1459), who wrote half of it, and his student, Jalalu’d-Din as-Suyuti (1445-1505), one of the greatest Muslim scholars of all, who completed it after al-Mahalli’s death. For half a millennium Tafsir al-Jalalayn has been considered the essential first step in the study of the meanings of the Quran by teachers and students throughout the Islamic world. Although it is among the shortest and simplest of the complete commentaries, it is at the same time both wide-ranging and profound. This translation by Muhammed Anis Gad Khalil gives non-Arabic speakers access to one of the seminal works of classical tafsir literature.
